The main purpose of this position is to complete the specific tasks relating to Claims in Operations Division as assigned by Head of Claims from time to time.
1. Ensuring the following area functions run well, under control:
2. Recommend to Head of Claims initiatives in improving the Claims efficiency and quality of services.
3. Ensure the implementation of Claims memos, regulations and guidelines of the company, within the set timeframe and standards.
4. Solve complaints related to Claims services provided to policy holders, Claimants.
5. Handle other tasks as requested by Head of Claims
At least 2 years of experiences in Claims sector and have working experience good relations in insurance industry, police/legal bodies and medical facilities.
Good English communication.
Basic knowledge of insurance, law and medical.
Communication and training.
Proficient in MS Office. Master other advances technology preferred.
Dynamic and open minded. Customer service minded with strong common sense. High sense of integrity and responsibility.
